Delivery & Returns
We have a number of delivery options, depending on the size of your order and method of ordering. Online shop orders are shipped either via 1st Class Royal Mail or courier, all offline orders are shipped with APC using a fully traceable next day service. We do have a number of premium shipping options including Saturday and morning delivery, please speak to a member of staff for details.
Stock Products – Subject to stock availability will be shipped on the next business day so you should receive your goods within 2-3 working days.
Bespoke Products – Will be delivered within four weeks of the receipt of order confirmation and payment.
We accept orders for delivery to any part of the world. If you require delivery outside of the UK, please contact us for a quote and we will deal with the order directly.
When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. These are solely your responsibility as buyer, and Teejac accept no responsibility for these. Orders from overseas will be posted via International Registered or Recorded, depending on the country of destination
Bespoke products are “made to order” and are based and created on customer approval of all order details provided by the customer. Refunds/Returns for bespoke teamwear orders with an approved customer order will not be accepted.
Stock garments which have been altered and created with an approved customer order will not be accepted. Unaltered stock product will be able to be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For unaltered stock products ordered online or by telephone you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods should you wish to return your items for an exchange or refund.
In a situation where Teejac has failed to comply with the approved customer order instructions through either errors, omissions or the product is faulty, we will more than happily exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
Notification of an issue/fault with a bespoke order must be made by phone/email/fax/letter to Teejac within 7 days of delivery. Teejac will then liaise with the customer to arrange replacements.
What to return?
(i) The item
(ii) Proof of Purchase (i.e. copy of invoice/ web order)
(iii) Write a returns letter containing:-
(a) Reason for return
(b) Address where replacement/exchange item is to be sent (if applicable)
(c) A contact number
(d) Proof of return postage costs if refund is required
(e) Any other relevant details

Please note: For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.
Cost in returning items:
Where the item is faulty or defective, we will refund to you the cost of return (provided a receipt is enclosed).
Time to process returns:
We will try to process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to action your request (up to 4 weeks for bespoke items).
