Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, it can be sent back, unused, in its original packaging within 7 days of buying and it will be exchanged/refunded. Unfortunately, the original delivery charge cannot be refunded.

Goods that have a manufacturing fault will be exchanged immediately and postage will be refunded. We cannot however exchange any item that has been misused in any way, including items which have not been packaged carefully and arrive damaged.

Please follow instructions on the returns form included with each package. There is no need to return goods using Special Delivery, but it is recommended that you use recorded delivery or at least get a free receipt of postage from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit when returned to us. For illustration purposes, many items are shown larger than actual size. Actual sizes are stated next to the item description – please check the sizes before purchase.

Overseas orders
We accept orders for delivery to any part of the world. Posting and packing charges are automatically adjusted when entering details of the country. When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. These are solely your responsibility as buyer, and Teejac.com accept no responsibility for these. Orders from overseas will be posted via International Registered or Recorded, depending on the country of destination.

Customising Garment
Please check your order carefully before applying printing, embroidery and Logo's as Teejac are unable to exchange or accept returns after Customisation. Teejac are unable to offer advice on the application of decorative products other than those it supplies and will not accept
liability for any damage or decolouration attributable to decorative products supplied by others. Teejac recommends that only professionally trained operators should carry out any further process involving inks, heat or embroidery.

Washing & Garment Care:
Always follow manufactures washing instructions when cleaning garments. (Please note that on application of decorative items, washing instructions may alter).

Teejac cannot accept liability for any damage to garments resulting from any use other that with the garments was designed or from decorative additions (such as number application, printing or embroidery).

Teejac recommend removing much heavy soiling from the garments as soon as possible before soaking/washing.

Follow all detergents manufacturers institutions when using powder/liquid designed for removing heavy stains.

Please avoid products containing chlorine bleach that may cause damage to garments.

Garment Care:
Teejac use only the highest quality fabrics & materials for their sportswear. However, incorrect washing can cause damage. To avoid this please adhere strictly to the washing instructions which come with each of our garments.
